With the November 8th Elections coming, I want to share a couple of events to help voters understand some local and state measures, and learn more about candidates that will be on the ballot.

The League of Women Voters of Santa Monica and the Committee for Racial Justice will be holding their first Board of Education Candidates Forum of 2022 (virtually) on September 11, 2022 @ 6:30 – 8:30 p.m.

This forum is designed to raise and address issues that our communities may not hear in other forums. Each candidate will have the opportunity to answer a variety of questions related to the overarching theme of Equity, Anti-Racism,and Transformative Change for the Black Community.
