SUMMER ADVENTURES 2008
 

Every summer the Santa Monica Malibu Council of PTAs and the Santa Monica Malibu Education Foundation team up to offer our elementary and middle school students an enriching and fun summer school experience. (Students going into 6th grade may attend either Elementary or Middle School programs. Students going into 9th Grade may attend Middle School programs.)

 These documents are FILL-IN-THE-BLANK (interactive forms). Save these documents to your own computer. On a PC, right-click on these links and "Save As" to the folder where you'd like to store the document. On a Mac, hold down the OPTION key and click on the link. This will download the form to your desktop.

The form can be completed in several easy steps.
• Once the form is open, the user clicks on the desired field and a blinking cursor appears.
• After the information has been entered in the field, the user can tab to the next field.
• After all the fields have been completed, SAVE the document and print out the page.
